He handles complex commercial disputes and civil litigation and has represented several large Indian and multinational companies in contentious matters across all business sectors.

His litigation experience encompasses representing clients before various courts at all levels of Indian judiciary including: Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, District & Civil Courts across the Country, Company Law Board, National Company Law Tribunal, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, Customs & Excise Tribunal, Electricity Tribunal , Mines Tribunal, Water Disputes Tribunal, Monopolies & Restrictive Trade Practices Commission (MRTPC), Consumer Courts, Board for Industrial & Financial Reconstruction (BIFR), Appellate Authority for Industrial and Financial Reconstruction (AAIFR), Foreign Exchange Appellate Tribunal, Debt Recovery Tribunal, Press Council of India, Charity Commissioner Courts, Labour Courts & Industrial Tribunals.

Besides commercial & civil litigation, he enjoys expertise in the areas of electricity, mining, information technology & water laws. He has represented one of the largest electricity generation & distribution company of India before the Electricity Tribunal as well as the Supreme Court.

He has over two decades of extensive expertise and experience in mining laws and has represented large mining companies before the Mines Tribunal as well as the High Courts and the Supreme Court of India.

He was the Special Counsel to the Narmada Control Authority in he River Narmada Water Disputes, Counsel in the River Cauvery Water Disputes, Mulla Periyar Dam Dispute, Bhakra Nangal Dam Dispute and a consultant to the World Bank relating to the river Brahmaputra development project.

He has worked as a Counsel with leading Counsels of India in extremely high stake cases and regularly receives their commendations for his cutting edge briefing expertise.
