Mrs. Nivedita R. Sarda leads the Corporate Law practice at Vedanta Law Chambers LLP as its Founder Partner.

A distinguished Gold Medalist Chartered Accountant, Certified Treasury Manager, and accomplished lawyer, she brings over two decades of experience in advising both domestic and multinational corporations. She is a certified treasury manager and has industry financing experience with IDBI (Industrial Development Bank of India) of 6 years.

She also leads the LDD practice at Vedanta Law Chambers LLP with unmatched precision and strategic foresight. Since 2006, she has led over 120 LDDs across sectors, building a proven track record of accuracy and timeliness that aligns with complex investor and regulatory expectations. Her command over regulatory frameworks and investor expectations has earned her the unwavering trust of clients, many of whom repeatedly seek her guidance for the smooth listing of their companies.

Her core expertise spans international structured investments, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, business restructuring and trade law. She advises companies incorporated in jurisdictions such as the United States, Singapore, Germany, and Saudi Arabia on structuring and regulatory compliance.
